A free cancellation of booked courses in the wintersemester 2025 / 2026 is possible online at any time until October 17, 2025, 11:59 p.m.
In the dashboard, all booked courses are listed under “My Courses” and can be easily and free of charge cancelled there:

The first two weeks of the course period (October 6, 2025 – October 17, 2025) can therefore be used to try out the sports courses and, if not satisfied, cancel free of charge before the deadline.
Cancellations are made online, and an online credit will be issued automatically. If a refund to a bank account is preferred instead, an additional email must be sent to usi@plus.ac.at
. This email must include the full name and IBAN, and the subject line “Refund Online Credit”. Refunds cannot be made to credit cards or non-European accounts.
For selected courses, such as outdoor courses and multi-day camps, separate cancellation deadlines apply, which are specified for each course – in most cases, however, no later than three months before the course starts.
After the cancellation deadline has passed, the full course fee is due, even in case of non-participation.
