Ultimate Frisbee ist ein schneller, attraktiver, körperkontaktloser Teamsport mit einer Sportdisc gespielt (Frisbee), der uns sowohl konditionell als auch mental einiges abverlangt.

Anfänger*innen + Fortgeschrittene!

Wir werden …
o alle möglichen Würfe, Regeln, Taktik lernen
o eine Menge Ultimate Frisbee und Dodgebee (weiche Frisbee) spielen
o an Turnieren teilnehmen (wer will), z.B. USI Meisterschaften Ultimate, Disc Golf, …
o zusätzlich Vereinstraining in Salzburg möglich

Ultimate Frisbee is a fast, exciting, non-contact team sport played with a flying disc (Frisbee) that challenges both physically and mentally.
Beginners and advanced players welcome!
In this course, we will:
• Learn all possible throws, rules, and tactics
• Play plenty of Ultimate Frisbee and Dodgebee (soft Frisbee)
• Participate in tournaments (optional), for example, USI Ultimate Championships, Disc Golf, and more
• Additional club training in Salzburg is possible
